Integrated project delivery across healthcare, industry and technology since 1985.
BC Group Africa is a diversified African enterprise providing engineering, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, laboratory, education and technology solutions.

Established in 1985 as Beautiful Creations Limited, BC Group Africa has grown into a diversified group serving clients in Ghana and across Africa.
We plan, design, equip, build, install and commission projects, while providing the technical support needed throughout their operational life. By bringing specialist expertise together under one Group, we give clients a coordinated approach from initial planning through implementation and long-term support.
Our eight specialist companies are BC Medicals, BC Industries, BC Pharmaceuticals, BC Scientific, BC Infrastructure & Utilities, BC Hospitality, BC Digital Solutions, and BC Education & Technology.
Together, they provide expertise across healthcare, engineering, infrastructure, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, education, hospitality and digital technology. This structure allows BC Group Africa to serve governments, healthcare institutions, industries, educational institutions, research organisations and development partners through one integrated delivery platform.
For more than four decades, our work has been built around technical competence, reliable delivery, strong partnerships and long-term client support. We continue to help organisations develop the facilities, systems and technologies needed for sustainable growth.

How BC Group Africa approaches responsibility across everything the Group plans, builds, equips and supports.
Responsible use of resources across project delivery, with energy efficiency and environmental impact considered from planning through operation, and procurement and lifecycle decisions made with their long-term footprint in mind.

Accountable business practices, compliance and quality management across the Group, with ethical procurement and responsible project governance applied to every engagement.
At BC Group, we believe that true success is measured not only by the projects we deliver, but by the lasting impact we make on people, institutions, and communities.
Our ambition goes beyond building infrastructure and successful businesses. We strive to strengthen institutions, develop industries, empower professionals, foster innovation, and create opportunities for future generations.
Through integrity, meaningful partnerships, and continuous improvement, we are committed to building an organisation that grows stronger with every project and contributes lasting value to society.
Our ultimate ambition is to improve lives, create opportunities, and play a meaningful role in building a stronger, more prosperous, and self-reliant Africa.
